API — Maximfosys
API helps you audit, triage and monitor Gmail using only the minimum data needed — message metadata and labels — with a crystal-clear privacy policy.
These controls are illustrative—no data is sent from this landing page.
Ready for action
Connect your Google Account in the app to see your inbox snapshot here.
Designed for clarity, speed and privacy. A familiar, friendly interface with serious guardrails behind the scenes.
Type what you mean (e.g., “invoices from last month”). We translate to precise Gmail queries.
Keep sender/recipient views consistent across audits and exports.
No surprise changes: we only touch the data you approve and never modify originals.
Common tasks finish in a single step with smart defaults.
See messages across multiple labels without losing thread context.
Export summaries/snippets for reviews or reports — no message bodies needed.
Direct, permissioned access with Google OAuth2 — no password sharing, clear scopes, and user-controlled revocation.
| Scope | Why we need it | Status |
|---|---|---|
| https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly | Read message metadata (From, To, Subject, Date), labels, and message IDs to render your inbox snapshot. | Required |
| https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.labels | List your label names/IDs and counts to group messages. | Required |
| openid email profile | Sign you in and show which Google account is connected. | Optional |
If you enable advanced features (e.g., sending or modifying labels), we’ll clearly ask for additional scopes first.
We keep it tight and transparent.
